Fair points... I understand that part of what we're doing here in the incubator 
is not only building the technology, but showing that we're going to be good 
citizens and support the Apache way.

With that, does the time slot suggested (8:00AM CST on Tuesday, June 23rd) 
still work for an IRC chat?

Yes, please use IRC and post the transcript to the mailing list.

No, you cannot make decisions on the IRC chat, you need to post what ever you 
are proposing on the mailing list and VOTE
on it (72 hours etc as usual)
