This is BS. I NEVER vote a +1 on anything unless there is a tag there where
I can confirm that the tag and what I'm voting on matches. The Maven plugin
is based around that idea. It tags the source and then build all the
artifacts from the tag so you are 100% certain that the released artifacts
came from the tag.
