Speaking of "half truths" . . . could you please clarify which "closed" school board meetings you are referring to. As Chair of the school board, I am not aware of these meetings, so if they are occurring I'd certainly like to know about it. The only issue that I know of regarding School Board meetings is that there was a discussion on this list a few weeks ago expressing concerns about not televising the Study Sessions. Though some local media covered the "concerns", they didn't provide coverage that the board took those concerns into consideration and decided to move the Study Sessions back to City Hall where they could be televised. I did post a message to this list indicating the change, though.
