[Winona Online Democracy]

I don't believe that the 43/61 intersection would be able to handle the
additional traffic.  Many times I wait 2 or 3 stop lights to make a left
from 43 to 61.  This is also my main objection to the annexation of parts of
Wilson township.

I know it is shorter.  I just wish the State would ban
big trucks from Stockton Hill and thus force them to
come in via 43 to 61 to Pelzer to the harbor.
