[Winona Online Democracy]

I like Bobs Idea, but Bob did you look at the street name signs our they not
yellow? This means that this is a truck route.
 I have read many of the e-mails on the Hwy. 14 and trucks, but how many
have looked at the road and fuel tax these truck pay. This tax  pay's for
the Hwy's. and roads
