* Quick fixes don't always work. * Doing what everyone else does because they must know what the answer is not always the key to success. * That change for the sake of change can be a foolish endeavor. * Creating a sustainable plan, which creates enough purchasers of merchants goods, to enable them to pay their bills, employ people with good wages and provide a return on their investment in the downtown area is a task that requires the collaboration of many people with creative minds, practical experience and deep pockets.
