Yes.
Would you agree that an ordinance in affect will do more good
than not having one to enforce? The question remains will the County
enact regulations to protect the sensitive lands or bluff lands similar
to the City ordinance enacted many years ago? Or maybe one even more
restrictive.

I will assume that this was a rhetorical question, as George
Borzyskowski has taken a consistent stance on the proper management of
these resources. It is clear from the context of his discussion as well
as the article that George was once again pointing out that future
development will need to give consideration and protection due to the
close proximity of bluffs, streams and sensitive lands.
