Apparently nobody has driven down Hwy 61 in the
recent past and pondered upon the bluffs (?) near Dakota and
Homer. The county has allowed more of the destructive bluff land
development than the city has.

I am wondering why the Treetops was even allowed to be built.
Anyone who
drove past during construction saw all the mud that had washed down
onto the
road.
Evidently being in the city limits they can do whatever they
want.
I wonder why any of us were concerned when the Phillips property
was being
annexed? of course they will comply with all
restrictions and ordinanes.
While the Phillips property is not 'bluffland' it is a delicate eco
system
as are the bluff lands.
