1) Federal Funding 2) Trying to gain support from students for the other important transportation related projects that should be done and are needed and will be voted on. A better way to gain the support of the WSU community and also a transportation issue item -- Multiple parking ramps on the WSU campus to eliminate all daily street parking by commuting students around the campus.
