[Winona Online Democracy]

In response to the statement:
The combination of improving three crossings was well received by the
Railroad and all members of congress with whom we have communicated.

1- The members of Congress don't live here and won't have to live with the
issue.
2- Rep. Gutknecht receives lots of money from the railroad- so I wouldn't
expect him to ever say anything negative that would benefit the railroad. I
wonder if the Senators do?
