Yes i have 1.06 firmware and 2.6 version radios. I had a few problems at first and what i did was turning the basic and TX rate to 1, 2 mbps in both of them. Also, try playing with the beacon interval. Mine was 70 and it helped a lot.
If you say they were ok and suddenly they stopped working everything points toward having a system failure. Take both radios together and try a link betwwen them with their own antennas. If you see that your LOS remains the same, then again, it seems that at least some of your radios has a failure. If you get to make them work fine when together then go for tha antennas and the pigtail. But: don't use WEP. It increases the header. Also, i don't know why but misteriously bridge mode seems more stable that AP vs. AP-client mode at least in this radios. I'm sorry for your situation. I've had many simmilar problems lots of times and that's very dissapointing. I wish you a good luck on your test. If your radio is dropping packets then it's not getting anyone to send them to. Also, try power ciclyng those waps. I've read (and happened to me once or twice ) that this radios get stuck sometimes and require to be turned off and on.
