You are lifting guys with rope and you are looking for the lowest price? You are lifting them with a man rated hoist right? Because it is the only federally approved method regardless of what type of safety backups you put in place.
You are leaving yourself and your company really exposed legally. Not to say the least what you are exposing your guys to. A 500' climb is no bif deal to anyone who climbs. Even my fat ass can do that in 30 minutes or so.
