Obviously use whatever works best for your environment, but one of the major reasons I have stayed in the 802.11 environment is BECAUSE I can use differing vendors. I think that most 802.11 stuff loses it's appeal when you cannot mix and match equipment. If I was looking to spend $200+/cpe with a vendor lock in at this stage in the game I would go with Moto.
