How can a two pin connector carry +, - and ground? I see no way the 5 port can 
be grounded. It looks like someone forgot something.

The TS-5 is a 24 volt DC unit intended to be run from a 120volt/220volt 
to 24volt power supply.

By running directly off battery you need to do your own ground.
