You should really get a System restore utility. ZEN works is really good, but expensive. Also, you should use Windows 2000 server instead of Windows 2000 professional. Win 2K server iss much better for repairing your system. Also, you can't repair from the CD once you've installed a service pack. The older files with the new ones will totally mess up your system. I use Ghost Enterprise and mirror my drive so I always have a copy of my good configuration.
