I think that is *precisely* one of the things this group should be doing.
As we've noted Web PKI isn't precisely what -- umm, what's the correct
back-formation? -- orthodox PKI? -- is. Those deltas cam out of real-world use
cases that had real-world requirements. It's best to discuss them along with
the use cases because the use cases are the whys.
