I'm experiencing the same problem. It has happened on all the versions of
WSJT-X I've tried, including the latest, which I am now using. Running Win
7 64.

I don't think it's USB ports, since my Flex Radio doesn't use USB for any
connection to the computer. I also experienced the same thing with my
previous rig: a Yaesu FTdx5000, with which I was using a Navigator
interface via USB..

It happens only while in receive mode, so it isn't RFI. I suspect it has
something to do with parameters that are changed when the computer goes to
sleep and is re-awakened, since that is when I see the problem.
