Receiving a signal below 200 Hz can be a decoding artifact. While
monitoring the RTTY RU, I had opened my receive window to cover from 0
Hz to 3000 Hz. I noticed several stations showing up below 200 Hz,
however, the left panel showed the same station also 1000 Hz higher in
the received list. After discovering this "replication" of stations, I
upped the low end to 200 Hz and eliminated the artifact.
