FWIW, I've had some problems lately with Omnirig 1.19, WSJT-X 2.1.2 and Swisslogforwindows. The radio is a FT-1000MP. Using "fake it", the radio did not return to the listening frequency on VFO A, but stayed on the Tx frequency. Trying a fallback to Omnirig 1.16 and 1.18 did not solve the problem. Using "Rig split" did, except for one thing: If the VFO B mode was anything other than USB, the mode was not changed when going to Tx. I had to change that to USB manually. But then it was problem solved.
