you might want to reword that paragraph. Using SPLIT on the rig, i.e. 
checking the "Settings->Radio->Split Opertating->Rig" option in WSJT-X, 
is preferred. The "Fake It" option is a fallback if CAT control if your 
rig's SPLIT function is unreliable or unavailable. The reason that using 
the rig's SPLIT mode is preferred is that there is no doubt exactly when 
the VFO dial frequency is changed since the rig times the change exactly 
coincident with switching between Rx and Tx or vice versa as an atomic 
operation. With "Fake It" mode there is less certainty that the start or 
end of transmission coincides with the correct VFO dial frequency being 
set, this can lead to CAT control errors or inaccuracies with some rig 
models and with external PTT switching options.
