I have no idea why nobody from WVU does these training rides, but last night was very helpful and intense. Gunnar setup a very short loop full of turns, and we basically practiced hard turns and sprinting out of them. Some were off camber, some tight others narrow, some uphill some downhill, left and right.
Tonight, he's doing some other CX skills at Marilla at 5:30. It's a little riding, then a skills class for 20min or so, then more riding. Any class he does don't plan to come and goof off, it's pretty serious training, and likely the most you can gain from a quick 1-2hours. You can use CX or MTB. Here's a link to the MBC thread about tonight. http://bit.ly/9wRP9y On Oct 19, 1:35 pm, "Ryan Post" <[email protected]> wrote: > Below is a post from MBC containing rides/training for Tues, Wed, Thurs. > > Saturday is a CX race...
