You should first remove the XQuartz provided package. This might not be completely required, but avoids potential confusion as to which you are running. > Does xorg-server have a window manager? You can if you want manually start the Application (It installs in /Applications/MacPorts) but generally I find this is not required. I let it auto-start as required.
