Thanks, Liz.  I have added the necessary incantations to Xastir's build so that
a ".geo" file that accesses this server will be created and installed.  I 
tested it and it works fine.

We still need someone to go through the whole list of OSM .geos we have and
confirm which ones work and which are gone for good.  These will need to be
removed from Xastir so we don't make users try them all before finding a usable
server.
