Regarding: "ALT1 and ALT2 pilot selectable to Fields, Waypoints (and markers)" - we should consider providing the capability to mark any point on the map (not just current location). This will serve 2 purposes: 1- marking a landable field which may not be directly below you (or you passed it already and now decide to mark it). 2- being able to create a new waypoint on the fly and add it to the task. This can be very helpful when creating new task in simulator mode without having access to desktop. See #1568.
