Basically because our localization technology (that is, embedding translated messages in xxe.jar and xxe_app.jar) * would require too much efforts on our side to manage more than 3-4 languages; * is not scalable. This means that we need to change the way XXE is localized and we need to change the way localizations are downloaded and installed by the user. Once this is done (and this will be done), we'll welcome *all* languages and we'll gladly offer a ``lifetime'' license for the person who did the localization.
