If you are interested, download it from: http://www.xmlmind.com/localize.html The documentation uses XXE as a case study. Therefore this should be a straightforward task. If you are interested, you can start right now working on XXE V2.9 (i.e. the regular Standard Edition downloaded from http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/download.shtml). Next release V2.9 Patch 1 should have no new messages compared to V2.9.
