Yes. The "localize" tool allows an end user to localize XXE and to test his localization using his personal copy of XXE. > Seems like there ought to be a way for end users to share their > Foo.gl.properties and > Foo.ru.properties files. After the localization is finished, the author of the localization may want to send us (XMLmind) the properties files because he wants to see his localization part of the XXE product. Currently the only way to make a localization immediately visible to other XXE users is to make it part of the product. The problem is that *this last step* is currently too much work for us (XMLmind). We can cope with 3-4 localizations but not more. Therefore, we have to imagine and implement a better way of doing this.
