I do plan to port Xournal on Android/Symbian and Win Phone 7 devices. I still have to study it, but I plan to use the C++ port of it, try to create a small OS-independent library with all the Xournal logic in it. It should be as much as UI independent as possible. Having that, it SHOULD be just a matter or adapting the UI to the differente OSes/device sizes out there.
