Hi everyone,
When I was nine years old, my aunt was working on a XS piece and I asked her
if she would teach me. She bought me a kit with four different XS ornaments
in it. She showed me how to start and I worked on it that day until I finished
it. After, I was done I noticed that the stitches were all going different
ways. So, on to the next one to do it the right way. And the rest is
history. I am now 22 and love doing XS very much. I have a passion for large
projects and also dark colored fabric. When I was 14, I did a piece called
Porthole to Paradise. It is an ocean scene that is both above and below
water. I have framed this piece twice and finally got it how I wanted. Of
all my pieces, this is my favorite.
