Hello,
I think one of the funniest mistakes I made was when I was making a bread
cover for my mom. She liked ducks at that time, so I picked a pattern that
had two ducks facing each other. I finished the cover and gave it to her.
She loved it. Later on she pointed out to me that the one ducks feet are
backwards. Opps. I never turned the pattern sideways. Oh well, so the duck
has awkward feet. She cherishes it to this day, and still reminds me about his
feet
I have also had many large knots in my projects. One time, I decided to mark
the center of my fabric with a marker. Well, when I washed it, it went all
over the thread. It took me about four washings to get it all out. Needless
to say, I'll never do that again.
