Agree that it will solve the issue completely but we were targeting this
modification for 2.8, hence we kept it simple. we are not against fixing in
that way but only thing is where should the modifications land to ? I think
similar issue exists with Headroom too. In case of slow start there are
probabilities that headroom gets violated if more headroom is sent.
Also would like to know [~wangda]'s opinion on this !
