[~leftnoteasy], only concern was whether we add a new field in AllocateResponse
for branch-2 or not. In principle we are fine with sending count per partition.
But as we specify only one partition per job, the patch sufficed our use case.
So we thought make a simple fix in as of now and get this in quickly as other
proposed fix may take some time.
However, as we have nothing against sending node count per label and most of
the guys here are ok with adding a new field so lets go with that.
I will make the necessary change and update.
