Fixed junit failures by changing the test inputs. Earlier,
{{testGetResourceTypesConfigErrors()}} method had passed because
{{DISALLOWED_NAMES}} block was throwing exception. After removing the same
block, it requires a change in test inputs. Can you confirm this?
