It is a "temporary dismissal".In this context, to put it
otherwise meaning that a person is first dismissed and then
given an opportunity to prove his or her innocence. This is
a travesty of justice, there seems to be an inherent
disregard for due process. Indicating that the implication
of the decision might also not have been thoroughly
digested.
