With all due respect to the freedom of speech and the culture of debate.i think it was opportunistic for Winnie Mandela to raise such issue out side the country, important as they are.one would like to understand the rationale beyond such an initiative, given that such matters are national issues primarily affecting the lives of black South Africans in particular. Therefore one would have expected her to raise such critical issues in the country, further more in the ANC.furthermore why now ? where was she during those processes.
