Comrade Mduduzi Your unequivocal assertion on this issue does not only help clarify the subject matter but it subsequently assists on the necessary political education it times of need. I think we have recently witnessed a high level political decomposition whenever an issue touches Malema, comrades reason far below political normality. It is only myopic consideration that can lead one to fail to observe distinction between independent and autonomy and it’s relatively ludicrous to attach a statement uttered by a component of PYA as “cheap politicking for SASCO to position itself” for whatever reason. Trying to maliciously find a mischievous link between the SASCO statement and YCL becomes a groundless prophecy which directly nullifies the contextualisation of the conviction.
SASCO has raised its independent viewpoint and it will continue to do so with less exception to 2011 politics. We refused to be co-opted to selective views that conferences are a result of particular statements issued by any of our MDM formations. We must build a Great Wall of China to such a subjective understanding and condemn it (with substance) whenever it manifests itself with the sole aim of developing our cadres.
