My point here is that as much as Julius is the president of the ANCYL of which many of us are loyal members of, one thing you fail to run apart from is that you have changed yourselves as worshipers of Julius and turned blind in anything he does or say no matter how denting and irrelevant may It be to the existence of our revolutionary. Secondly as a member of a non-racial, non-sexist and democratic organization (Hoping you are), you should know that SASCO like any other structure within the PYA reserves its right to hold a view in any matters that they deem fit to. Moreover Julius utterance against the accuser of Comrade JZ I personally fell they were un-called for, and even his resent SHOOT the BOER utter is devastatingly disturbing, and from were I stand I have made a conclusion that we are swiftly as members of the YL losing our independent minds in knowing what is right and what is wrong. My initial thought on the matter was to question how a supposedly progressive student formation can ever celebrate a verdict on a complaint laid by the liberal and racist Afriforum on one of its own. How does a PYA component resort to joining the opposition in its attack against another PYA leader within the MDM. Perhaps more puzzling is that the alleged ‘hate speech’ was said at a SASCO gathering, and SASCO as an organization failed to correct or reprimand Julius at that very gathering last year, let alone raise its dissatisfaction. Instead his articulations where met with delight and cheers from the audience including its leadership. This mischievousness with the truth or sudden amnesia of the occurrence of events by SASCO is questionable, and can only be deduced to reflect the highest form of grandstanding and opportunism. The only conclusion one gathers from this is that the leadership of SASCO is in a desperate attempt or quest to position itself along the current 2012 debacles (inspite of the 16th National Congress resolution against such), to the extent that it dishonestly conjures up and clings to an event in history it had no problems with. The tone and attacks on the ANCYL in the latest press releases sent under the name of SASCO from the YCL Press Release account is perhaps a guiding clue to the real misdemeanor behind the monkey business.
