Agreed, it makes much more sense this way. I have changed the fix accordingly. The branch is again consolidated / rebased. I have set the build number and the Changelog The failures on the Testsuite turned out as false alarm. I had used a build without the "for this CPU" toggle. So the Testsuite is green on this branch (which is plausible, given that the Synth code itself was not altered other than some renaming / refactoring)
P.S. In case you hadn't thought of it, if you set all three effect destinations to Part Out, they don't daisy chain and you can set individual kit items to which one you want. Combined with cross-fade this can produce very interesting results.
