This updater was rolled into the 12.1.9 updater. There are only two updaters you need. (those with a newer DVD only need the 12.1.9) 12.1.0 SP1 12.1.9 > Did a restart Did you restart between each phase of the install? Did you quit all applications before running the updaters?
