If yes, this has been reported before and the only solution is to re-install Office. Let's check first in a new Identity to eliminate database corruption. * Under Entourage in the Menu bar, select Switch Identities. * Click on the New button and create a test Identity * No need to enter account info for this test * Now click on preferences and see if it works * If yes, this indicates database corruption Make a duplicate in the Finder first as additional backup. A rebuild does make a duplicate, but sometimes in the process the original and backup get merged resulting in total disaster. It's rare but it happens. I find most people that like big fonts in HTML have no regard for their recipients even after finding out that plain text works for both parties.
