Hi Kent! Please always begin your own thread when asking your own question. This avoids confusion when folks are reading the original question and all the answers. For you, I'd suggest always sending in plain text as I'm doing here. When the sender composes his message in HTML then he controls the size, style and face of the font. While this may be convenient for him, it may be inconvenient for folks with vision problems or different size monitors. Sending in plain text allows the recipient to use his preferred size, style and font face. To send in plain text all the time, go to Entourage menu --> Preferences... --> Mail & News Preferences --> Compose and and set "Mail format" to "Plain Text". Hope this helps!
