Diane or anyone, I received a request from an e-mail recipient that I forward e-mail to , to increase my FONT to 12. I checked Entouraqge help and followed the instruction of going to Preferences and then adjusting from there. PROBLEM..when I prompt Preferences in Entourage the page goes blank and the screen takes me back to desk top.
Any other suggestions on how to increase size of fonts on my e-mails originated and those I forward?????
