Mayka,
Consider this description of 'mindfulness' that I had put forward with the assistance of Mike: "Mindfulness in the present moment is the concurrence of three states of mind in the present moment: (1) A clear and bright awareness of experiences in the present moment (2) A non-grasping and non-pushing-away of these experiences, and with no sense of I/me/mine, nor of subject/object (3) Nothing else exists in the mind, and in particular no thoughts, comments, judgments or evaluations" Assume that a person's mind fulfilled every detail of the above description of mindfulness, and at every point in time. With what adjective would you qualify this person's mindfulness? --ED --- In [email protected], Maria Lopez <flordeloto@...> wrote: > ED: The word perfect is not in the buddhist or zen dictionary. The word perfect and perfection is not used in buddhist or zen environments. There is no judgement about you using that expression but just it simply let you know about it. Am I offending you for that?. If that will be so, then I await for any of them such as Steve, Bill, JMJM, Chris....to let you know the same but expressed in a way you can connect with your wave. And simply through away, ignore it my saying. If there is anything from my posting you can use it, then use it. But if not, just ignore it or throwing away. No personal offence taken. Be sure of that. Mayka
