Joe, Even the Greatest of Practitioners weed the garden regularly. Do you know why? Because during the time they are weeding the garden (or washing the dishes, or sweeping the floor, or playing with their children, or gazing up into the stars) they are not doing evil. They are just weeding, washing, sweeping, playing or gazing. No room for evil then.
