So I am confused - you asked for a specific, and I write a specific, and
then you decline to respond specifically.

The below makes it seem you are still trying to divide practice into first
and following.  That's what I find rather different from the zen I've been
taught.  There's this current moment of typing and sipping, no room to
split practice into a ranked list of pieces.
