I won't argue that I have no ideas of cats. That is implausible, because even
the best practitioners can still entertain ideas when they wanna.
There was a scandal some two dozen years ago about a CEO of HS-USA. He'd used
some $900,000 US of Soc. funds for some vacations and home improvements, I
think. Since then, more oversight has been installed. The fact that he was
caught in the first place showed that they had some accountability in place
even then. Are thing better, now? I dunno: I don't use their clinic, I use
cheaper ones.
