Without any judgement or analysis, I would say, simply never turn on the
computer or TV if you think the computer or TV will turn you on, and if know
that you do not want that.
Otherwise you are divided in two, and the devices are picture-windows to
illusion.
But it sounds as if you are already aware of that.
