It might work regardless of spelling, I don't know.
I'm not sure I've done either.
"Loosed" probably more than lost, here.
But then, when the mind disappeared, it was not really lost, but I had simply
regained health and our full Human inheritance. Even that does not always
last, so we keep practicing, but differently, now.
Always differently, in fact.
One thing about practice is that it keeps on changing.
