There are the dharmas of "Outer Paths", as the non-Zen dharmas are often called
by Zennists.
The dharmas of the outer paths differ from the Dharma of the Buddha, even just
upon inspection. But the practices and states attained are different also.
The Zen dharma claims to be the one that returns, restores, or fully
establishes our original state.
The other dharmas stop short of that, or add-on some side-cars such as the
development of various powers.
Well, big topic, "dharmas".
They are only real when we give them life and a place to roost.
