Edgar,<br/><br/>If you read my post carefully you'll see that I'm not talking about hand position per se, nor am I restricting it to a hand mudra while in zazen. I'm talking about while being mindful in day to day activities. Hands that are wringing themselves while stressed or absent-mindedly picking your nose is *not* being mindful.
